F. "Tokkie" Elliott, III
President
email
“Tokkie,” as he is affectionately called, started in the fields of Wileman Bros. and Elliott at age nine working for 25 cents an hour and worked his way through every department in the company after school during summer vacations. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Accounting from Parson’s College in Iowa in 1972.
Tokkie is a favorite with everyone at Wileman Bros. and Elliott from the office staff to the supervisors, foremen, department heads and the employees in the plant and groves. He has the respect of all these people because he has done their jobs and can still take over, but is willing to grant the authority and responsibility that shows his ability to lead. Tokkie has other duties such as: Chairman of the Board- Community Bank of Visalia, President-Kaweah Container, Secretary-California Citrus Producers, Inc.
