“Tokkie,” as he is affectionately called, started in the fields of Wileman Bros. and Elliott at age nine working for 25 cents an hour. He worked his way through every department at Wileman Bros. and Elliott after school during summer vacations. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Accounting from Parson’s College in Iowa in 1972.

Tokkie is a favorite with everyone at Wileman Bros. and Elliott from the office staff to the supervisors, foremen, department heads and the employees in the plant and groves. He has the respect of all these people because he has done their jobs and can still take over, but is willing to grant the authority and responsibility that shows his ability to lead. Tokkie has other duties such as: Chairman of the Board- Community Bank of Visalia, President-Kaweah Container, Secretary-California Citrus Producers, Inc.
Jon officially started working at WBE in January of 1992 after working many summers in various positions before graduating from Cal Poly SLO in 1992 with a B.S. in Fruit Science. For the last 13 years Jon has been in the Sales Dept. No longer on the phone, Jon can focus on other needs of the business. Jon is an orange grower himself. Outside activities include: Board of Directors for the YMCA, Board of Directors for Kaweah Delta golf tournament, Board of Directors for Visalia Community Bank, and The Boy Scouts of America. Jon is married to wife Michelle and has two daughters and one son.
